On December 7, the Southern Alberta Holstein club held their Annual Wine Dine and Shine Awards banquet. This year it was held in Bowden and had a great turn out. Evert& Jannette and Rolf & Mary VanBenthem were the recipients for the 2018 Breeder of the Year award. Congratulations to all the winners!

Upcoming Events
- On January 24, we will be having our club’s AGM at Smitty’s in Olds. Registration will begin at 9:30am and the meeting will begin at 10am. Following the meeting there will be a tour.
- On February 15, the Alberta Holstein Associations AGM, held in Lethbridge, at the Costal Hotel. For more information contact, the Green Acres club at greenacresholsteinclub2011@hotmail.com
- The Beginning of February we will be having a Bio-Security event. Keep your calendars open for more details to come!
- Family Bowling night will be around Easter.
